Brad began his career in the water industry in 2016 with EMS Water Systems, based in Atlantic Canada, where he led a team that designed custom water treatment and pump solutions across Nova Scotia. In 2025, Brad joined UV Pure Technologies to work with partners across North America to deliver innovative UV disinfection systems. He is passionate about water chemistry, education, and building strong industry relationships that support long-term success and sustainability in the water and wastewater industry.
