Congratulations to Donald G. Fettes for receiving the first award that will be named in his honour for the years ahead. Don has been a CWQA member for 50 years, a past president, and volunteer on the board and committees for several years. This award will be given to current and/or former CWQA members who have dedicated their career and offered exemplary service to the CWQA and the betterment of the water quality industry in Canada.

The Key Award recognizes a CWQA member for demonstrating the highest qualities of leadership within his or her company, industry and various associations. This award is given to individuals who are or have been active within the industry in Canada, and have shown exemplary service to the CWQA, and whose knowledge and accomplishments in the water quality industry entitle them to special recognition. The H20 Innovation Summit in Collingwood, ON offered the attendees lots of opportunity to network with their peers, play a little golf, hear innovative presentations and have fun during it all.
At the Annual General Meeting, the members helped celebrate key award recipients, like Don Fettes for his lifetime of commitment to the CWQA and the water industry in Canada.
