Grant has been involved in the water treatment industry for more than 20 years, specializing in small systems and UV disinfection. He is a co-founder and currently serves as the CEO of HomePlus Products Inc., a Kamloops based wholesale and retail distributor of water treatment products. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University. He has worked extensively with public health authorities and other stakeholders in Western Canada to promote best practices in the application of water treatment technology for small communities and other regulated applications. He frequently appears as a guest speaker at various training events for water treatment dealers and water system regulators. He currently serves on the Education Committee of the Canadian Water Quality Association.
