Membership Registration – Dealers/Retailers
Fill out the following information in order to become a member. Read about the membership levels.
A password will be emailed to you once payment is complete. Your application must be approved by CWQA. Once approved, you will be able to log into your account by using the ‘Member Login’ button in the top right corner of our site.
In order to become a member with CWQA, you must agree to our Code of Ethics and our Product Promotion Guidelines. Please read these documents before you register.
